Program Overview

The History minor offers students an introduction to World and American History, allows them to study in depth an area of interest, and provides training in historical methodology. History is a discipline that constantly adopts new techniques of analysis and new ways of gathering and presenting information. Students of history learn to use and create digital media, perform quantitative as well as qualitative analysis, and present their findings in compelling ways.
