Required Biology Master Elective (minimum of 12 credits)

Complete 4 courses (minimum of 12 credits). Choose from the subjects of Biology and chemistry. Choose from the levels of 300 and 400.

Other Requirements

  • Successful completion of written and oral components of comprehensive exam and poster presentation .
  • Students enrolled in the Pre-Physical Therapy Track are required to maintain a 3.3 cumulative GPA or higher in all coursework since this is the minimum GPA required in order to receive a letter of recommendation from the Pre-Medical Advisory Committee. Students in the track who have a cumulative GPA less than 3.3 at the end of their sophomore year will transition to the BS in BIOL program.
  • At least 9 credits of 300/400 level concentration coursework must be completed within the school.
